My experience
Avoiding money-leeching taxi/van drivers
I had to send off my aunts to the airport. We used UBER as it is more convenient if carrying loads of baggage.
And I needed to go back home without using a taxi or Uber. I asked the security guard if there was a bus going to Alabang or to terminals in Buendia- Taft or in Baclaran. She said I had to go to Bay 12.
As I was walking there, I saw a Premium Bus and asked the driver and conductors if what bus was it heading to.
They were saying that it was going to Pacita and I needed to pay 200.00 Php/head because it was faster and more convenient.
But, I only had 100.00 php budget. So, I declined but they kept on saying there were no more buses going to the terminals I had mentioned.
But I still said 'no' as I could still see another bus few walks next to them.
And luckily, I saw a sign. A bus going to Alabang Starmall via Skyway from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) terminal 3.
That is why, I posted this to inform people this bus route and schedule so that they will not be fooled with money-leeching drivers and conductors.
Riding the bus
- I waited for about 30 minutes for the bus to be filled with passengers and depart. It was very convenient as it travels 14 minutes only after arriving at the Alabang toll gate. The traffic jam after the tollgate was so heavy that I alighted the bus and just walked to Starmall.
- Bus departed at 5:37 pm.
- Bus arrived at Alabang tollgate at 5:51pm
- The bus was air-conditioned so it was comfortable.
- There was a space for luggages.
